大湖清淨山谷 夢幻無毒草莓

現在是苗栗大湖的草莓旺季，各家果園的紅色草莓，相互較勁，空氣中都飄著濃濃的草莓香氣。草莓雖然多汁甜美，卻容易有農藥殘留，大湖一對夫妻，乾脆不灑農藥，採用無毒栽種的方式，還花了五年的時間，調配出一種營養果汁給草莓喝，結果長出來的草莓，又甜又脆，還通過300多種農藥檢測，成功挑戰別人眼中的不可能。此外，無毒草莓園，還有隱藏版美食，那就是用炭火熬煮的草莓醬，吃得到整顆果粒的草莓醬，甜而不膩，一推出就獲得顧客的喜愛。
