寒流強襲！ 來一鍋麻辣湯好暖身

天氣這麼冷，來點暖呼呼的火鍋吧，台中有一位麻辣鍋達人，從夜市起家，但現在在全台擁有五家分店，單店業績一個月至少一千萬，年營收就超過5億，這位台灣的麻辣天王，創業當時睡在鐵皮屋裡，為了熬出完美湯頭，他天天試吃麻辣，辣到自己天天拉肚子，而32種中藥和蔬菜熬煮一天一夜的鮮美湯頭，還創下麻辣鍋湯底也可以喝的新吃法。
