房市景氣風向球？春節9天不打烊 建案買氣旺

房市春燕真的來了嗎？根據統計，春節九天連假，各建商推出的建案買氣相當旺，不過政大地政系教授張金鶚提醒，購屋民眾還是不要隨建商起舞，更澄清「蛇年能買就買」說法，強調儘管準備充足還是越晚買越好。另外對於外界傳出要廢除奢侈稅，他也強調，一旦停止，房價恐怕再漲！
